Product Application
This machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemical, metallurgy, food and other industries to process hard and difficult crushing materials, it can crush herb leaf and root & spices into square pieces or granules, the size is adjustable by changing the sieves in the crushing chamber.
This machine solves many defects of the original vertical rough crushing machine, such as the stuck knife, material storage in the machine shell, low crushing efficiency and high production efficiency. It is an ideal coarse crushing equipment.
Main Features
The machine adopts horizontal tilting crushing structure, and the shaft end is equipped with counterweight wheel, which will not cause stuck phenomenon in operation.
The crushing mechanism is composed of moving knife and fixed knife. The material is crushed through shear action formed by rotating moving knife and fixed knife. The thickness of the finished product can only be obtained by replacing the screen mesh.
