This stainless steel herb cutting machine is used for cutting all kinds of soft & hard herbal leaf, roots, steam & vine, barks, roots, blossoms or whole plants. Such as herb leaf and root, licorice roots, tobacco leaves, kelp, astragalus membranaceus, scutellaria baicalensis and spices.Its widly used for medicinal herbs, The cutting herbs can be used for herb tea and extraction.
Function.
* The raw materials is fed forward step by step . After being carefully.
* Compressed by stainless steel conveying chain, it steps out of the mouth.
* The knife moves up & down on a straight line. The movement is synchronised to the feed intervals of the product:
* knife goes down close to the mouth -> cut (stop of product)
* Knife goes up (distance to the mouth) -> feed of product
* In accordance with the adjusted cut-sizes the compacted product outwards the mouth is cut into uniform pieces.
