Application:
This mixing machine was designed for mixing herb materials, such as half finished herb product, finished herb powder, and tobaco leaf, molasses or honey, glycerin, flavors together.
Working principle:
The mixing machine adopts S-shape of stirring paddle to agitate all ingredients which can make the mixture more evener.
It consists of two sets of motors and gearbox, mixing system, and dumping system. The stirring motor drives the S-shaped paddle to rotate through the main shaft to achieve mixing raw material evenly and completely. The reversing motor is specially used for tilting the U-slot container when unloading and adopts jog control to facilitate unloading.The design of the U-slot mixer plus the S-shaped paddle makes the equipment perfectly solve the problems of low uniformity and dead angle caused by the different proportion of each raw ingredients.
During operation, electrical control is adopted, the mixing time can be set, and the machine will stop automatically at that time, so as to improve the mixing quality of each batch of materials.
